Emirhan coaches ensembles, arranges music and conducts youth ensembles with Classical, Turkish, Balkan and Klezmer music at the Music school of Amsterdam. He gave Turkish Maqam workshops as a guest teacher at the Amsterdam Conservatory.
He has been working successfully with youth ensembles in Amsterdam, and coaches and conducts several youth and adult ensembles in Amsterdam.
His ensembles regularly take part in concerts and join International Youth Music (EMU) festivals and cultural exchange projects (Erasmus+) between EU program countries.
